1. Return Eligibility (Defective Items Only)
Abest.in accepts returns only for defective products.
A product is considered defective if it:

Is not working properly

Has internal malfunction

Has manufacturing defect

Arrives damaged due to courier handling

Incorrect item was shipped by mistake
Returns are NOT accepted for:

Change of mind or unwanted item

Wrong product ordered by customer

Used, tampered, physically damaged items

Products damaged due to improper installation
All return requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and must include a mandatory unboxing video as proof.
2. Replacement Only (No Exchanges & No Direct Refunds)
We follow a Replacement-First Policy.
Refunds are offered only when:

The product is out of stock

Replacement is not possible

Courier returns shipment as undeliverable
We do not provide exchanges.
3. Return Shipping & Charges

Customer must pay return shipping charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable

For refunded orders, return shipping will be deducted
- Customer wants to return due to change of mind
- Wrong item/model/variant ordered by the customer
- No defect found after testing
- Damage/incorrect item claimed without unboxing video
- Customer unavailable during pickup attempt
- Improper packaging requiring re-packing
- Return request after the allowed 24–48 hour window
- COD order returns (optional charge)
- Heavy / high-value items where actual shipping cost is high
- LCDs, OLED Displays, Folders, Touch Screens
- ICs (PMIC, Power IC, CPU, Charging IC, Baseband, UFS/eMMC, etc.)
- Motherboards, Logic Boards, Flex Cables
- Hot-Air Guns, Soldering Stations & tools with broken seals
- Consumables (flux, pastes, glue, resin, alcohols, cleaning liquids)
- Software activations, diagnostic tools, licenses
- Items marked “non-returnable” on the product page
- Every unit has a QC/Warranty Sticker
- If the sticker is removed, tampered, or broken, the item becomes non-returnable
- Display must be tested without removing the sticker
- Once installed, we cannot accept returns, as installation involves heat, bending, glue, etc.
- This rule is final and non-negotiable
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- All accessories, box, and packaging must be included
- No scratches, burn marks, solder marks, bent pins, or physical damage
- Customers must pay their own return shipping costs.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable under all conditions.
- If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
- Using a trackable courier service, or
- Purchasing shipping insurance
