Return, Replacement & Service Policy – Abest.in

1. Returns & Replacements
At Abest.in, we follow a Replacement-First Policy for most products. Refunds are not applicable except in the rare situations listed below.
A replacement will be provided only if the product received is:
  • Damaged on arrival
  • Not working properly
  • Incorrect product received
All replacement requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with a mandatory unboxing video.
Requests without a clear unboxing video will not be accepted.
Replacement Denial Conditions
Replacement will be denied if the product is:
  • Damaged by customer
  • Burnt due to wrong installation
  • Tampered, opened, or seal broken
  • Used or showing signs of wear
  • Physically or electrically damaged
  • Installed incorrectly or mishandled
2. 7-Day Free Service Support

We provide 7-Day After-Sales Service for most products.
If you face any issue within 7 days:
  • Free servicing / free repair
  • Customer pays only pickup & drop courier charges
  • If any internal spare part is needed, only the part cost is payable
Applicable on tools, machines, IC-related tools, repair equipment, and similar items.

3. Refund Policy 
Refunds are not provided for most product categories.
Refund is only applicable in the following exceptional cases:
  • Product is out of stock for replacement
  • Replacement is not possible due to discontinued model
  • Shipment is undeliverable by courier partners
Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method.
Refund Timeline
  • Prepaid (Razorpay / Online Payment): 5–7 working days
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): 3–5 working days (via UPI/Bank Transfer)
4. Chargeable Pickup Conditions
Pickup/return shipping charges will be applicable in the following situations:

  1. Customer wants to return due to change of mind
  2. Wrong item/model/variant ordered by the customer
  3. No defect found after testing
  4. Damage/incorrect item claimed without unboxing video
  5. Customer unavailable during pickup attempt
  6. Improper packaging requiring re-packing
  7. Return request after the allowed 24–48 hour window
  8. COD order returns (optional charge)
  9. Heavy / high-value items where actual shipping cost is high
5. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Categories
Due to the nature of repair components, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
  • LCDs, OLED Displays, Folders, Touch Screens
  • ICs (PMIC, Power IC, CPU, Charging IC, Baseband, UFS/eMMC, etc.)
  • Motherboards, Logic Boards, Flex Cables
  • Hot-Air Guns, Soldering Stations & tools with broken seals
  • Consumables (flux, pastes, glue, resin, alcohols, cleaning liquids)
  • Software activations, diagnostic tools, licenses
  • Items marked “non-returnable” on the product page
6. LCD / Display Units – Special Rules
Displays are highly sensitive; therefore, the following applies:
  • Every unit has a QC/Warranty Sticker
  • If the sticker is removed, tampered, or broken, the item becomes non-returnable
  • Display must be tested without removing the sticker
  • Once installed, we cannot accept returns, as installation involves heat, bending, glue, etc.
  • This rule is final and non-negotiable

7. Packaging & Condition Requirements
For your replacement to be approved:
  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • All accessories, box, and packaging must be included
  • No scratches, burn marks, solder marks, bent pins, or physical damage
Items damaged due to improper handling, short circuit, or installation error are not accepted.

8. Shipping & Return Shipping Policy
  • Customers must pay their own return shipping costs.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable under all conditions.
  • If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Transit Time
Delivery time for replacement items may vary depending on your location. Delays caused by courier partners are beyond our control.
High-Value Item Shipping
For items valued above ₹2000, we strongly recommend:
  • Using a trackable courier service, or
  • Purchasing shipping insurance
Abest.in does not guarantee receipt of returned items without proper tracking.
